Terms and Conditions

  • Children must be appropriately aged for the booking.

  • At least one responsible adult must be present within the party room.

  • Staff and equipment must be treated with respect at all times, customers are liable for payment if equipment is damaged by children or guests.

  • In the event of damage or injury, we reserve the right to depart early from a booking without refund. Please note though that this is always a last resort and has never happened in our 4 years of business!

  • We are currently taking bookings up to 3 months in advance due to popularity.

Booking, Cancellation and Payment

  • ​To book, please fill our Enquiry Form here or through any of the contacts listed on our home page. We will then contact you with a Booking Form to get your ideal details, and guide you through the rest of the process.

  • We operate on a 'first come, first serve' basis, so recommend enquiring 2-3 months in advance for the most chance of getting your ideal time/date. 

  • Deposits must be paid within a week of confirming your booking/sending payment details, otherwise your slot cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your booking date. 

  • Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before your booking date, however non-deposit payments remain refundable up until your booking.

Staff and Travel

  • We charge 45p a mile travel fee from our base near central Gloucester (round trip.)

  • Travel times must not exceed the package length.​​​

  • All staff are DBS checked and covered under Employers and Public Liability Insurance.

  • Team members MUST be treated with respect by adults and children throughout the bookings. We reserve the right to leave your booking if we feel this trust has been broken.
